BalkanID securely integrates with HiBob via . The steps below will guide you through integrating HiBob with BalkanID.
1. Within BalkanID, go to the and click Add Integration to add the Finch integration.
2. From the list of available integrations, select Finch.
3. In the description field, input any description indicating to you that this is an integration with your specific HRIS system. Select an Application Owner for this integration. The rest of the options are optional to configure and can be configured later. Click Save changes to save the description.
4. Next, click the Configure and Integrate action in the Actions column of your newly added Finch integration.
5. This will open a sidebar. Go to the Direct Configuration section and select Get Access Token.
6. Review the Finch Terms of Service and End User Privacy Policy and click Continue when done.
7. Click Continue to grant BalkanID permission to access Finch to read data from HiBob.
8. This will take you to the Select Your Provider menu. Find and select HiBob from the list of providers.
9. You will be taken to the Connect your Bob (HiBob) account page. Follow the instructions given to create an API Token. Once you receive the token, input the Service User ID and API Token, and click Sign In.
10. Clicking on Sign in will successfully integrate HiBob. Your setup is now complete. You will be redirected back to the Application Integrations tab on the Settings Page. The Status of your Finch HiBob integration should indicate Connected. Once the data is available, the Message column should display Data Available(this can take a few minutes).
To verify the integration, navigate to and confirm the personnel listed match the data in HiBob.
