BalkanID adds integration of an in-app support assistant into the BalkanID application to enhance user navigation and in-app support experience. Instead of having to go to every time for BalkanID application support, BalkanID users can now get in-app support directly from within the BalkanID application. In addition, a few application tours have also been added to assist onboarding of new users. This aims to simplify the users journey through the BalkanID application, making it more intuitive and efficient.

Key Features:

1. HelpHub with Support assistant:

Our new HelpHub comes with a built-in Support assistant that is linked directly to our support documentation (). The HelpHub can be queried to assist a user with navigating the application and finding solutions to questions, making it easier than ever to get things done. We have also setup a few documents which will open on the sidebar automatically when selected.

The HelpHub can be opened by clicking on the book icon at the bottom right of the screen.

2. Spotlight for Triggering Quick Actions:

Click on ⌘ + K on Mac or Ctrl + K on Windows & Linux to access the spotlight for triggering quick actions. Here, you can automatically ask any queries regarding the application. Using the pages and actions in spotlight, users can easily navigate to that or perform an operation. Quick links to trigger guided tours and checklists are also available in the spotlight in case users want to revisit them.

3. Guided Tours and Checklists for Onboarding

  • Connecting HRIS and other applications (for administrators):

    • Setup employee data: Choose between manual upload or HRIS integration to seamlessly set up your employee data.

    • User role assignment: Learn how to set roles for your users and invite them to the application.

    • Application integration: Set up your first application integration with ease.

  • Entitlement discovery, setting up rules and labels (for administrators):

    • Entitlement discovery: Navigate around the entities pages to view important data

    • Filters usage: Discover how to use filters to streamline your work.

    • Privileged entitlements: Set up and manage privileged entitlements and rules to ensure secure and efficient application usage.

    • Rules and labels: This tour guides a user to setup rules across your tenant.

  • Entitlement discovery (for risk managers):

    • Entitlement discovery: Navigate around the entities pages to view important data

    • Filters usage: Discover how to use filters to streamline your work.

The above tours and checklists can be accessed from the Spotlight feature (by pressing Command+K on Mac or Ctrl+K on Windows and Linux).
