# Quickly find unusual entitlements with Outliers (Early Access)

BalkanID customers can now quickly find unusual entitlements. Customers can identify unusual entitlements at a glance, filter specifically for unusual entitlements, and create access reviews of unusual entitlements. Additionally, customers in Reviewer roles can now easily identify access reviews containing unusual entitlements. Unusual entitlements can now be prioritized for inspection and review prior to all others.

Outliers (Early Access) insights designate entitlements and identities that are unlike other entitlements and identities. An outlier may highlight a risk, or it may highlight an unusual configuration. Outliers focus reviewer efforts by highlighting access reviews containing unusual entitlements.

To enable Outliers (Early Access) for your tenant [contact Customer Support](https://support.balkan.id). Once enabled, you will be able to filter for Outliers and they will be displayed on [Entitlements](https://app.balkan.id/entitlements), [Access Reviews](https://app.balkan.id/access-reviews), and [My Tasks](https://app.balkan.id/my-tasks) pages in the Insights column.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://docs.balkan.id/updates/release-notes/quickly-find-unusual-entitlements-with-outliers-early-access.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
