We are thrilled to announce the release of the BalkanID Action Center, a new unified command hub for preemptively resolving security and compliance risks. Action Center Overview

Unlock the power of insights right from your dashboard.

Overview Page:

• Findings Overview: Get a bird’s eye view of all findings, neatly organized by user (employee name and email).

• Application Association: See which applications are tied to each finding.

• Finding Labels: Quickly identify issues with labels such as SoD (Segregation of Duties), terminated, privileged, or outlier/overentitled.

• Detailed Findings: Dive deeper by clicking the "view findings" button for a comprehensive look at individual user findings.

Detailed Findings:

• Identity Association: Understand the identities linked to each user and the applications where these findings originated.

• Description Dialogues: Click on the finding descriptions to open detailed dialogues with all the necessary information.

• Action Icons: Manage findings with two key icons:

  • View Finding Icon: Access a detailed summary and take action by accepting risk, notifying relevant parties, revoking access, reviewing the finding, or executing a playbook.

  • Finding Activity Icon: View comprehensive logs showing who took what action and when, ensuring transparency and accountability.

3. Revoke: Remove unnecessary or risky entitlements in an instant.
