We are excited to share our latest product updates from BalkanID! We've done a lot of work over the last few weeks to make our campaigns more useable while also adding functionality for nomination/delegation so that when reviewers are out of the office, there is a delegated reviewer to ensure nothing gets dropped. See below for details.
BalkanID now allows you to schedule campaigns so you can .have reoccurring campaigns that run on a predefined schedule. To schedule a campaign, once you go to the create campaign section, select "Repetition" and you will be provided a dialogue box to select how often and when you want the campaign to repeat as shown below:
Another feature we just released is the ability to have multiple levels of approval for certain applications. To avail of this, you must select your total number of reviewers from the Settings -> Application Integrations and setup button for the application of choice. Keep in mind, you can select a maximum of 3 reviewers for the application and it will follow the default reviewer order you have selected. See screenshot below:
Given some access reviewers may not be available during the period of the campaign, we now provide you the option to nominate and escalate the reviews to another individual. To do so, the reviewer must first nominate a delegation in the Account -> Preferences tab (See screenshot below):
Following this, the campaign manager can select an escalation timeline within the Create campaign section in the screenshot below:
We've added a new view for all entity detail pages! In the top right corner of a specific application, connection, person or identity, you will see a graph view button (See screen shot below):
Once you click on the "graph" button you are presented with a graphical representation of the specific entity in question with the ability to search for specific nodes in the graph. Further, the nodes in the graph are clickable and will expand to provide the associated entities to the node in questions. This is a powerful approach to finding out the relationships between entities! See the graph views below:
