BalkanID Summary Dashboard

Introduction

The BalkanID summary dashboard is a pivotal feature designed to provide a comprehensive overview of key metrics and findings across all entities within the platform. Accessible exclusively to users with the Administrator and Risk Manager roles, this dashboard serves as a centralized hub for monitoring and managing security-related data effectively.

Security Findings

Its primary value lies in its ability to provide a holistic view of the organization’s security landscape, enabling quick identification and resolution of potential issues. By aggregating data into a centralized platform, it eliminates the need for manually navigating through entitlements to identify essential findings. By providing a clear, comprehensive view of all relevant data, it supports informed decision-making, fosters a proactive approach to risk management, and enhances overall security governance.

The security findings are represented as pie charts application wise. The following charts are available on the dashboard:

• SoD Violations

• Outliers

• Privileged Identities

• Overentitled Identities

• Terminated Identities

• Unmapped Identities

Each of these charts are clickable. Clicking on an component in the chart will navigate the user to a list of identities filtered by the application and the selected insight. The same applies for the tiles above which provide relevant information.

Quick Campaign view

In addition to security findings, it contains a list of active campaigns that requires attention. It is sorted in the order of due date so that the user could quickly navigate through the campaigns and resolve them.
