# Terminated Employee Label

## Terminated Employees Overview <a href="#h_01hq33388gqd565h2b6tbcw87w" id="h_01hq33388gqd565h2b6tbcw87w"></a>

Terminated employees are discoverable item in BalkanID once your HRIS is integrated. This item can be filtered under the "insights" option. To filter for terminated employees, open the *Filters* menu, select *Insights*, and then select *Terminated* tag.

Keep in mind that in many cases terminated employees will have no entitlement data, as their permissions have been revoked due to their exit, and so no entitlements will display for them on the entitlements screen.

To view a list of all of your terminated employees, navigate to the Users page, and filter for terminated users. You will then see a list of all the terminated user identities. You can then download this list by selecting the download action.

Terminated employees with active identities that have connections, will automatically appear in your Action Center main page. You can then take appropriate action to review, revoke, notify, accept risk or run a playbook to remediate/resolve this finding.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://docs.balkan.id/insights-and-rules/entitlement-rules-and-labels/terminated-employee-label.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
