To perform a manual upload for Application Entitlement data, you will need a CSV of entitlements data in this . You can do this by following the below steps:
Go to each application you want to manually integrate, and download the users along with their privileges and save them as a CSV.
Download the for entitlement data and fill up the CSV file according to the entitlement data downloaded from your application. The BalkanID team can assist you converting the users and privilege information to BalkanID's normalized format.
Login to your BalkanID tenant.
Go to the Configure > Integrations > Third party Applications tab.
Choose the integration you would like to manually update. We are choosing Github for this example.
Click on the Configure and Integrate icon for your application.
The following sidebar will open from the right side of the page. Under the Manual uploads section, upload the formatted CSV file.
Your integration is now configured and you will see the status of the integration displayed alongside other integrations on the Integrations page. Integrations are synced daily. When data is available, the integration Status column will read Connected and the integration Message will read Data available.
