Introducing Smarter Access Reviews, Enhanced Dashboards, and Expanded Identity Management

Our recent updates bring powerful new upgrades across dashboards, access reviews, task management, and identity operations — all designed to make your experience faster, more flexible, and more insightful.

Enhanced Data Tables

We’ve upgraded the tables across Access Reviews, My Tasks > Campaign, and Access Requests to make data handling faster and more flexible.

You can now pin, reorder, and hide columns, apply quick Excel-style filters, and even run regex-based searches (currently on Access Requests). Enjoy smoother table interactions, improved sorting, and multi-row selections — with these enhancements rolling out to more pages soon.

We’re introducing a smarter inbox experience in My Tasks that helps reviewers focus on high-priority items.

With the new Priority Inbox, reviewers can bucket reviews using custom filters, group pending items by user or app, and quickly triage with more context in fewer clicks. If you’d like early access, contact us to enable the beta for your tenant.

Gain complete visibility into nested and indirect access within your environment.

When a parent group is included in a review or campaign, all nested groups and their users are automatically surfaced. A new Access Provider column shows each user’s full access path through nested groups, helping reviewers understand how permissions are inherited across hierarchies. This feature is available in Campaign Creation, Campaign Review, and My Tasks.

Refreshed Dashboard

The BalkanID Dashboard has been completely refreshed with a cleaner design and richer insights.

You can now see key tenant information at a glance, track historical trends for User Access Reviews (UARs) and Access Requests, and stay on top of pending actions without leaving the main view. It’s a more intuitive, data-driven home for understanding your organization’s access posture.

Reviewer-only roles now have expanded control over their identities and direct reports.

They can trigger password resets, and create suspension or reactivation requests directly from the Application → Identities tab. Administrators and Risk Managers retain these abilities across all identities. This makes it easier for reviewers to manage lifecycle actions without depending on admin access, improving responsiveness and operational efficiency.
