Service Catalog

The service catalog is a self-service view where identity owners browse and request the access they need. Rather than filing a request from scratch, users pick what they want from the catalog and BalkanID routes it through the standard review and provisioning pipeline.

The catalog offers two ways to request access:

  • By Application — request access to the connections and resources of a single application.

  • By Bundles — request a pre-defined Bundle of accesses that spans multiple applications in one atomic request.

Both entry points share the same review, identity, and provisioning steps; they differ only in what you start from — a single application, or a Bundle curated by an administrator.
